Browser Convert provides free, client-side file conversion tools that run in your web browser. Conversion processing is designed to occur locally on your device. We do not require an account to use the converters.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for:

• The files you choose to convert and how you use the output
• Ensuring you have the rights to convert and process those files
• Complying with applicable laws regarding copyright and data protection

You must not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that harms others or violates the law.

The Browser Convert name, branding, site design, and software (excluding your own files) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service except as allowed by law or with our prior written permission.

You retain all rights to the files you process. We do not claim ownership of your content.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Conversion results may vary by browser, device, and file type. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every conversion will succeed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Browser Convert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used (for example, page views and aggregate interaction events). Analytics does not involve uploading your conversion files. Details are described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
